What Are Cookies

(2) Session authentication token — set by our API, session, keeps you logged in to your customer account, expires when you log out or after 7 days of inactivity. (3) Booking state — set by us, session, preserves booking form state across pages, expires at end of session.
Payment Cookies (third party — Stripe)
When you proceed to payment, Stripe sets cookies to enable secure card processing and fraud prevention. These are set by Stripe (stripe.com) and are governed by Stripe's own privacy and cookie policy. They are necessary for completing payment and are set only when you enter the payment flow.
Analytics Cookies (consent required)
We do not currently set any analytics or tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics tools in the future (for example to understand which pages are most used) we will update this policy, list each cookie by name and purpose, and ask for your explicit consent before setting them.
Marketing and Advertising Cookies
We do not use marketing or advertising cookies and do not share data with advertising networks.

Your Consent
When you first visit our website you are shown a cookie banner. Clicking Accept all enables non-essential cookies (currently none are in use). Clicking Decline means only essential cookies are set. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser cookies and revisiting the site.
